Basis of estimate

R 8,500 per trade, per area — the one rate that reproduces both published packages. One trade in one room is R 8,500; three trades in one room is R 25,500, published at R 25,000. The ±25% band is a modelling allowance, not a quoted tolerance. Indicative only, and never a substitute for measuring up on site.

Keeping the trades in-house is the point. Nobody waits on a subcontractor who was never introduced to you, and the sequence on site is one firm’s to get right.
